The deadline to submit your Intent to Enroll form is August 15th, 2026.
How long does the enrollment process take?
We know how important this decision is, and we pride ourselves on responding to each inquiry in a timely manner. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Wait…I thought this school was in the country?
You’re right, we were! For the past five years, our school operated from a small, rural setting on private property. However, we recently moved to a new location in town to expand and serve more students while still holding tightly to what makes our school unique.
We’re still the same school, with the same incredible staff and the same heart-centered mission. Our commitment to hands-on learning and spending time outside as much as possible hasn’t changed—we’re just doing it in a space that allows us to welcome more families into our Bear Creek community.
Can my student start at Bear Creek in any grade?
Yes! We are currently accepting Intent to Enroll forms for students in grades K-8.
Are the middle school and elementary schools separated?
Yes. Students have a shared passing period during lunch but otherwise grades 1-5 spend the day independent from the middle school.
Do Bear Creek Schoolhouse students wear uniforms?
No. We embrace student individuality within our dress code. We have many holiday-themed dress up days that students look forward to.
