• Bear Creek Schoolhouse teachers and Paisley Distance Learning teachers work together to monitor student progress, implement necessary interventions, and ensure compliance with state expectations.
• Bear Creek teachers provide daily, in-person instruction, assessments, and report cards, along with social/emotional support, creating a structured and engaging learning environment.
• Parents play an essential role by tracking and reporting student attendance to Paisley, communicating with Bear Creek teachers about student’s day-to-day needs, and supporting academic progress at home.

This partnership-driven approach allows students to receive personalized support while maintaining the flexibility of a distance learning program, ensuring a well-rounded and effective educational experience.
